Healthy Ageing for Women: Finding the Wine/Life Balance
Presented by: Vine Styles
Monday May 5th / 6-9 PM MST
Join us at Vine Styles in Kensington as we learn about navigating our health as we age. We’ll hear from a menopause expert about how to balance symptoms without sacrificing our love of wine completely and a specialist will provide us helpful information about pelvic floor health as we enter perimenopause and menopause. How can we avoid the oopsies when we laugh, cry, cough or stretch?!
In addition to our two guest speakers, there will be food, wine and tasty non-alcoholic beverages for guests to enjoy.
Be part of this great event – for knowledge, refreshments, great company & to support the WHC vision that every woman is supported through all the ages and stages of their unique health experience.

JACQUIE STROM presents Pelvic Floor Health – Managing Those Little “Accidents” (Approximately 7:30PM)
Jacquie, a personal trainer, pelvic floor specialist, and mother of four, founded OnCore Fitness
eight years ago while pregnant with her youngest child. Her professional journey began through her
own postpartum challenges after delivering twins and undergoing surgery for an umbilical hernia.
During her second pregnancy, she discovered the critical importance of pelvic floor function—an
insight that would shape her career.
Frustrated by the lack of quality information available on core and pelvic floor health, she committed to
becoming part of the solution. She has since developed expertise in pelvic floor rehabilitation, helping
individuals overcome incontinence and regain confidence through evidence-based strategies. Her
practice expanded to include osteoporosis prevention, where she advocates for proactive bone density
development and educates clients about the importance of early intervention for bone health. She
guides women through physical transitions like menopause with targeted strength-building protocols.
Before establishing her family and fitness practice, she embraced culinary adventures and global travel,
experiences that inform her holistic approach to wellness. With her husband’s steadfast support, she has
built a practice dedicated to helping people recognize and achieve their physical potential.
