Inclusion criteria:

  • You are 18 years or older and part of a family that has used fertility treatments (such as IVF with sperm or egg donation, embryo donation, or surrogacy).
  • You are the parent or guardian of a child who is 7 years or older, and your family has used fertility treatments like the ones above mentioned.
  • You are a doctor, nurse, or healthcare worker involved in fertility care.
  • You work or volunteer for a group or organization that supports people going through fertility treatments.
  • You live in Alberta.
