The WHC of Canada Board of Directors provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight to the organization and national initiatives.  The WHC-C Board is very committed to working with, and supporting, WHC Provincial Chapters. The WHC-C Board meets 4-6 times per year, and Board members are required to serve on at least one council or committee.

WHC COUNCILS, COMMITTEES & PROVINCIAL CHAPTER LEADESHIP

We are also recruiting members for the following committees:

National Leadership Council: Join a team of healthcare professionals and subject matter experts to direct advocacy initiatives, provide clinical insights, and validate evidence-based recommendations to government and health system influencers.

Patient Advisory Council (PAC): Do you have first hand experience navigating gynecological health? The PAC is an patient ambassador and advisory group made up of women with diverse experiences in Canada’s health system.  PAC members ensure the patient voice is included in advocacy, awareness and resources.

National Committees: Committee positions are available in all areas of planning, including webinars, podcasts, clinical resources, research, government relations, fundraising, marketing, digital and social media. Project teams will be established for Women’s Health Week 2025 (May) and Disruption: The Future of Women’s Health Global Conference (Sept 2025).
